Joseph was my air-conditioning technician. He was great. He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and able to communicate in a clear concise manner. What was going on with my air-conditioning? I had a second technician come out yesterday. Unfortunately, his name escapes me. However, he also held to the same standard of service as did Joseph. I highly recommend American Vintage Homes.

My experience with American Vintage Home was positive from start to finish. I had two separate estimates to replace the outdoor condenser and the indoor blower unit for a 24-year-old space pack system in a 100-year-old house. From the thoroughness and professionalism of the estimate to the actual work, every step was done with the utmost professionalism, attention to quality, cleanliness, efficiency, and customer service. I was especially pleased with Greg, the foreman who led the job at my house. He was hardworking, professional, fun to talk to, and a pleasure to deal with. Most importantly, the new system is cooling my house extremely effectively, even in the heat wave of summer 2026. The work was not cheap but I knew it wouldn't be. I feel like I got my money's worth and would highly recommend American Vintage Home to other prospective customers.

The Daikin mini-split installation by Michael, with assistance from Edgar, was well handled throughout. The weather was too severe for the initial appt. date so upon arrival, Michael immediately rescheduled the installation for the next day. He then assessed the conditions of the old unit in preparation for the next day's new installation before leaving. Michael and Edgar arrived at the next day's appt. on time and went about the removal and installation quietly and professionally. They completed the installation by the end of day with a thorough clean-up. After providing me with the operation manual, Michael took the time to review all functions on the remote control and the removability of the air filters. I greatly appreciated their courteous and professional behavior.

American Vintage Home Did an excellent job from the first initial meeting all the way to completion. Chris the engineer consultant took the time to measure and calculate the perfect replacement SpacePak for my Unico system. Daniel and his assistant took 2 days to install the system. They were thorough and cleaned up as if they were never there. My AC is working again and more efficiently than before. They even worked with my home warranty to provide the necessary documents so I can submit and get approved for a partial reimbursement. Not all HVAC technicians work with SpacePak and Unico systems. This team consists of experts and will get the job done right.

Avoid American Vintage and always get a second opinion before approving expensive repairs. I called American Vintage because my HVAC unit stopped working. Their technician came out and diagnosed the issue as a failed control panel and blower motor. I was quoted approximately $1,800 in labor if I signed up for their Home Service Plan, or around $2,500 in labor if I declined. The parts were still under warranty, but their value was roughly $2,100. What didn’t make sense to me was that my HVAC system is only three years old, yet I was being told that two major components had failed at the same time. Something felt off, so I decided to call Spacepak directly with my dad who’s a tech but not a certified Spacepak tech. Spacepak confirmed it’s very unlikely that both components would go out at the same time and we narrowed it down to two things, the control panel or thermistor. I hired a second company who spent time troubleshooting the system instead of immediately recommending major component replacements. Their diagnosis? A faulty SpacePak thermistor—a part that costs about $110 and was covered under warranty. Once that part was identified, the problem was resolved. There was no ne
